Once you have registered on Peachjar, you are ready to start posting your flyers!
Log in to Peachjar
Go to Peachjar's homepage. Click 'Login' and enter your username and password.
Posting your flyer
Under 'My Flyers' on the left, click 'Post a Flyer.'
Choosing a category
Please choose the category and subcategory for your flyer. Flyer categories help users to find and view flyers specific to their interests. Your flyer will always appear under the 'All Flyers' category.

The Posting Summary box will appear in the bottom right hand corner while on the Flyer Details page. This will update as you choose schools and select the duration of your posting so you will know exactly how many credits are needed to complete your posting.
Enter the title of your flyer in the 'Title' field.
Next, choose the schools where you would like to post and distribute your flyer. Select the country, state/province and district. The list of available schools will be displayed below. To select multiple schools, hold the keyboard 'CTRL' button (for Windows), 'Command' button (for Mac), and click the desired schools to select them. As a quick convience, use the 'Select All Elementary', 'Select All Middle', 'Select All High' and 'Select All' buttons to select a group of schools at once. Make sure to verify the correct schools have been selected before continuing.
If you wish to post to additional schools from other districts, click 'Add school(s) from another city/district' and repeat the steps above.
The Posting Summary will update reflecting your selection.
Choose the duration of the posting. Your flyer will be removed automatically after the time period expires. You may choose to have your flyer immediately queued for posting and delivery upon approval or schedule a future date for distribution.
The contact email address will populate with the email address on your account. This will not appear to the users but will be the email address messages are sent to if a user contacts the poster of this flyer. This may be edited. 'Your Website URL' will be populated if there is one associated on your account; otherwise you are welcome to input one here. Neither fields are required.
If you have a specific registration URL for your event or class, you may enter it here. This will create a 'Sign Up Now' button that accompanis your flyer in the emails and on the website. Parents may use this button to link directly to your registration page. If your flyer is for an event that takes place off campus, click the 'Event Location' button to add the address. When this page is complete, click 'Next Step'.
Select the file to upload
Now you are ready to upload your flyer. Peachjar only accepts PDF files. Under New File Upload click 'Select File'.
Locate the file you wish to upload and click 'Open'. Click the grey 'Upload' button to start the upload process. This may take a few seconds. Once the upload finishes, please click 'Continue'.
Choose Credits Package
Select the credit package that fits your needs. You may select a custom amount using the bottom row of the table. To help determine your credit needs, please try our cool Credits Calculator! When desired package is selected, click 'Purchase Now'. For more information about our credits system, please refer to our Service Fees page.
Review your Order
You're almost there! Please review your order thoroughly. After checkout and submission, your order can not be edited. If you wish to post an additional flyer with this order, please click 'Add a Flyer'. If your order is correct, please click 'Checkout'.
Choose your payment type, input your payment details, then click 'Submit Order'.
Upon successful payment you will receive the following message.
Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the appropriate school district(s) for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be distributed to parents and posted to each school's Peachjar webpage.
