Basic metrics can be viewed by clicking “My Flyers.” Metrics are only visible if the flyer was posted after September 8, 2016 and 24 hours after distribution. Complete flyer metrics typically take one week post distribution date to process. If you submitted your flyer to multiple districts, metrics will not be complete until one week after all districts have approved and distributed your flyer.
The number of times this flyer has been successfully delivered via email. Bounces and invalid emails are automatically filtered out by Peachjar and are not included in this number.
The total number of times emails containing this flyer have been uniquely opened. According to Mailchimp, average open rates for education emails are 22%. Peachjar flyers typically receive higher open rates.
The total number of times this flyer has been uniquely clicked on from an email in order to view flyer details. According to Mailchimp, average click rates for education emails are 2.78%.
You can view detailed flyer metrics by clicking “Flyer Metrics” on the navigation bar on the left hand side of your screen, or by clicking on one of the orange metric numbers on the “My Flyers” page.
By default, this page shows an overview of all metrics gathered for your account. To limit the time period, select the last 30, 60, or 90 days, then click “Apply Filters.”
Note: When using a time period other than “All”, you may get artificially high open and/or click rates if the sends and/or opens occur outside of the selected time period, but the clicks and/or opens occur within the time period. For example, if a flyer has 100 sends and 50 opens, it has a 50% open rate, but if the flyer began delivery one day before the first day of your selected time period, it may show 25 sends, and 50 opens, with a 200% open rate. For meaningful results, keep “All Time” selected.
By default, unless you navigate to this page from the “My Flyers” page, this section will be empty. You can limit your results to a single flyer, or a specific set of flyers, by clicking into the box and selecting one or more flyers, then clicking “Apply Filters.”

The number of unique clicks divided by unique opens.
